danganronpa really isn't known for having good representation of any minority, but i'd argue ibuki to be a big exception. her identity as a queer woman isn't shoehorned in nor is it made to be her entire personality (such as with tenko, whos character is a harmful stereotype of lesbians), and she isn't often regarded as a pervert/predator, either.
ibuki shows interest in both male and female classmates of hers (making jokes about yuri and being flustered at the sight of one of her classmates in a bikini), but she also expresses not being interested in a physical relationship but rather a deeply emotional one, suggesting she's on the asexual spectrum.
suggested by my lovely irloomf, quanxi is canonically lesbian and also an incredibly powerful assassin in chainsaw man. she has a harem of beautiful girls! i love quanxi a lot; her representation didn't feel shoehorned in and it made me incredibly happy to see a lesbian character in one of my favorite manga! i don't feel her sexuality is, well, sexualized within the manga though i'm not sure if this is a unanimous opinion... nonetheless i love fujimoto for including a canon lesbian in csm!
grell is such an obvious character for this feature.. she's canonically transfem as confirmed by the creator of black butler. she also might be bisexual because she says she "fell in love" with madame red, and the double whammy there is just lovely i love seeing intersectionality with queer identities in media. we've also seen grell pre transition and generally i find her representation in black butler to be really amazing, though i'm not transfem so i'm not exactly the best person to speak on this.
canonically, when toga like someone, it doesn't matter to her whether they're a boy or a girl. while she's often mislabeled as bisexual, in my opinion it's pretty obvious she's pansexual considering her obsessive love rarely even considers gender in the first place. she also has a crush on ochako.
jake english is heavily, heavily implied to be aromantic during the duration of homestuck! he has never experienced romantic attraction.
personally, i decided to choose him as the first character to be featured here because he played a massive role in letting me come to terms with my own identity as a lesbian on the aromantic spectrum. representation matters sooo much !!!
note: upsettingly, jake seems to not be shown as aromantic in the homestuck epilogues...
