oh tomura. since i began liking mha in 2021 and even after i stopped paying attention to it, tomura was always my favorite character!! with that being said, i'm really not a fan of his form post-afo arc. like with the white hair and all for one. but i've always been a fan of how he was before that; he's just such a cute pathetic loser and exactly my dream boy. he's just adorable. like he plays league and is a man child and i MIGHT be lesbian well i am a lesbian, but that doesn't stop me from being head over heels in love with tomura. i don't think i'd like him if he were real, but that doesn't matter to me because he isn't real anyways. i like to imagine that if i were in mha and i werent a lesbian and lets also say for everyones sake that in this alternate universe, nothing bad happens to tomura and he doesn't become afo's successor but he still leads the league, i'd just sit in his room with him playing video games all day and we'd be totally in love. i feel like we would be perfect together because we're both nolife hikkineets with no drive and no goals; i mean he does have goals but bffr they're really unrealistic.
anyways. jesus christ it has been so long that i've been in love with tomura and if it weren't for him, i probably wouldn't be who i am today LOL i remember staying up all night reading shigaraki fanfictions in 2021 i miss that era so much and when i locked back into mha recently i fell in love with him all over again. sigh.
why i love him ugh i have so many reasons.. first of all as comphet victim number 1 i have a huge thing for cute reclusive no-life disgusting hikkineet men and tomura is exactly that ^^ not to mention he's just adorable. i also really hate affection and lovey-dovey cute characters and shigaraki is the opposite of that, he probably wouldn't show any affection and would be kinda a tsundere which is so cute like UGHH also he plays video games. which i love bc it shows we'd already have something to talk about you know? and he's also a man child which ik is cringe and i would completely hate irl but in fiction i don't really give a gaf bc shigaraki is cute and being a man child makes him even cuter.
headcanons i like to imagine tomura would play visual novels :( i mean canonically he plays league and pvp mmos and simulation games, but i feel like he'd like visual novels as a way for him to feel like he's living a normal life. that's also just really self indulgent because i love vns.. he'd probably have at least played some keroq and nitroplus titles. he'd maybe even play moege or dating sims like OMG that'd be so adorable.. so like anyways i also feel like he'd be a figure collector :( if he weren't like picked up by afo as a kid he'd totally be a hikkineet like the mc of chaos head noah.. anyways that's my only headcanons abt him bc i love him so much as he is and i dont really wish anything about him could change. he's really just my dream boy, the fact that the leader of some big bad ultimate evil organization is a stupid man child who plays league is so CUTEEE AND SILLY like if u cant tell by now i love love love characters that are really unique and i feel like that totally fits shigaraki bc like UGH I LOVE HIM I LOV HIM
